CONSULTING OVERVIEW

Each consultation looks different and is based off the your wants and needs. For both individuals and and professionals (providers & practitioners, corporate, students, etc.), this may include - but isn’t limited to, the following examples:

  • exploring a primary health or performance concern

  • reviewing personal data (i.e., lab work, menstrual tracking)

  • recommendations for potential intervention strategies (i.e., specific labs, protocols, strategies)

  • learning more about a specific client-type (i.e., female athletes)
